Shipping By Uncle Ernest;
1. Shipping Destinations
Uncle Ernest’s Delta-9 Gummies ships to all 50 states in the United States, except where prohibited by state law. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of your order. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to ship Delta-9 products to certain states where Delta-9 THC is restricted or illegal. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are placed from or intended to be shipped to these states. If your order is affected, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
7. Address Errors and Non-Deliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Uncle Ernest’s is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Uncle Ernest’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly for assistance.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
